1. Is among the top 35 amateurs in the world in both the World Amateur Golf Ranking (14th) and the Scratch Players Amateur Ranking (33rd).
2. Won the Belgium International Amateur Championship, European Challenge Trophy and European Alps Tour Andalucia event last summer.
3. Placed fourth at the European Amateur and 12th at the St. Andrews Links Trophy.
4. Helped lead the Illini to a runner-up finish at the 2013 NCAA Championships, the first event of this award season.
